(Spain, SoloAzar Exclusive).-Johnny Ortiz Viveiros, Founder of Zitro, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he made an analysis of this challenging 2020, and also commented the goals and expectations of the firm for the following year, among other issues.

"This year 2020 has been the most difficult that the world, in general, and the Gaming Industry, in particular, have had to face in many, many years. The pandemic left all of our clients with closed gaming halls and casinos or with great operational limitations, generating little or no income. And all of us as providers, of course, are left in the same situation", Ortiz Viveiros affirmed.
"Fortunately, Zitro is a healthy, solid and well-managed company, which has helped us overcome these difficult days, and allowed us to focus on four priorities: caring for the health and well-being of our employees, supporting our customers, the support to our suppliers, and the continuity of our development plan for new and exceptional products. Products that will allow us to put them at the service of the recovery of operators around the world, when the pandemic subsides, offering players fantastic experiences that help them to leave these dark days behind," he added.
"Zitro's ideas engine has its sights not solely set on the short term of the recovery of the Industry, but on the long term too. During this year we have made great progress in providing our product range with greater breadth and depth, so that we are more prepared than ever to opt for a greater market share in the markets in which Zitro already has a leadership position, and to enter new jurisdictions where, today, our presence is still not so remarkable", he assured.
When asked about the situation of the industry, he answered: "The Gaming Industry is used to bouncing back from adversity, and this time it will too. At Zitro we are committed to helping accelerate its recovery."
With regards to Zitro's goals, he said the following: "Our goals for 2021 have been set to fulfil this commitment. Our first objective is not only to continue launching more and better products to the market, but to offer them under the commercial formula that best suits the needs of the operators in each region, to help them rebuild their business. Our second goal is to continue Zitro's geographic expansion around the world, with the unbroken determination to make Zitro a global leader. And finally, the pandemic has accelerated technological change, so we are going to dedicate more investment and effort to meet our third goal: to significantly increase our digital business."
